One-on-One Run Coaching
Knowing what to do, when to do it, and how much to do is critical for optimum training to reach the best results possible. We believe that consistency is the key to a successful training period. It means having the right combination of workouts that are meant to compliment each other for a common goal. It means having the right dose of quality work that stimulates the desired adaptations, and the right amount of rest to promote effective recovery.
Working with a run coach will provide instruction, accountability, and motivation to help you reach your goals.
We will provide education and will monitor your progress, and make the necessary adjustments as you work toward you goals.
What is provided with Personal Coaching?
Your coach will provide you with an initial training plan that will typically cover three to four weeks. This will show you not just what to do today, but where the training is headed. On a one or two week interval, as necessary, an updated plan will be provided to you. This plan will provide complete defininitions of your prescribed workouts including distances, paces, times, and sets. This service is provided on a month to month basis, so you can choose how long to retain coaching for your individual needs.

How do I get started?
Simply fill out the questionaire at the "Request a Coach" link. Submit your completed questionaire to one of the RunSwift coaches. Your RunSwift coach will contact you within one or two days with your consult to provide you more information, answer all of your questions, and ask for any additional information needed to begin work on development of your plan. You can expect to receive your initial plan via email within one week.
