"If it doesn't challenge
you, it won't change you".
I started running Cross Country and Track in High School . I was a State Qualifier in Cross Country and Regional Qualifier in Track. I took many years off to spend time with family and began running competitively again 18 years ago at the age of 40. I also have been active in Triathlon for 12 years.
"I believe I have learned how to enjoy running as an older runner through strict training principles. Running takes work, dedication, and drive. My wish is for all runners to be able enjoy running as a sport for as long as they can. Being consistent in your training and making recovery a huge part of your plan is very important. I have worked hard but trained smart to achieve successful results".
